Four shelves, one pantry

However you snack — straight from the bag, baked into bread, or simmered into a compote — there's a shelf for it.

Everything we dry, in one place

Prices are per pack. Tap a fruit to read what's in it — the answer is almost always just the fruit.

Why dried, not fresh

Drying is the oldest way to keep fruit honest

When fruit is dried slowly, water leaves and flavour stays. A ripe apricot becomes a chewy, caramel-deep version of itself; a plum turns into a prune with notes closer to dark tea than candy.

Sun and air, mostly

Low temperatures over days, so the fruit keeps its colour and structure.

No added sugar on the natural line

The sweetness is the fruit's own, simply concentrated.

Keeps for months

Three steps, no rush at any of them

01

Picked ripe

Growers harvest fruit at full ripeness, when the sugars are already where we want them — never early for shelf life.

02

Dried slowly

Trays rest in warm air and sun for days. We turn them by hand and stop when the texture is right, not when a timer says so.

03

Packed whole

We sort, weigh and seal into resealable packs the same week, so what reaches you tastes like it just came off the tray.

Our story

It started with a glut of apricots

"My grandmother dried whatever the trees gave us that we couldn't eat in time. The jars lasted all winter — and tasted better in January than the fruit had in July."

Beatura grew out of that habit. We work with a handful of family orchards, dry their surplus the slow way, and sell it in honest packs. No flavourings, no gloss — just fruit that's been given the time to become itself.

What people tell us

★★★★★

The royal dates are enormous and properly soft. I keep a pack at my desk and one in the kitchen now.

Nina P. · Ljubljana
★★★★★

Bought the compote mix on a whim and it's become a Sunday thing in our house. Smells like my childhood.

Tomaž R. · Maribor

Black Uzbek apricots are tart and rich — not what supermarkets sell as "apricot". Took me one bag to switch over.

Questions, answered

Our natural range is just the dried fruit, nothing else. A few items are candied — the dried cherry, for example — and those say so clearly in the description and on the pack.

Reseal the pack and keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sun. Most fruit stays good for several months that way; figs and apricots are happiest used within a couple of months of opening.

Right now we ship within Slovenia, usually arriving in one to two working days. We're looking at neighbouring countries — join the newsletter and we'll let you know when that opens.

Yes. Everything ships in resealable pouches in 250g and 500g sizes, so you can open a pack without committing to finishing it in a day.
